The BOSS Micro Backing Plate is the perfect replacement backing plate for your THE BOSS Hybrid Micro Polisher! These plates are weight matched to the BOSS Hybrid Polisher and the orbital and rotary drives included with this unit. This allows the unit to deliver smooth operation to the user and the German urethane foam and straight edge profile design allows polishing in tighter spaces and on vehicle contours. This backing plate comes in 3x great sizes (1", 2" and 3") with the 1" and 2" sizes working on both DA and Rotary drives, while the 3" only works with the DA drive.
